Dear Parents and Carers

It has been a big week!

This week we have had our wonderful Year 5 children all do their "Captain's Speeches" and excel in sharing their realistic and practical ideas for the school.

Stage 1 continued to work on their focus on SERVICE where as Mary MacKillop said " Never see a need and do nothing about it." The visit to Caroona once again offered outreach to our community and while we loved going, the community of Caroona offers us so much in friendship and joyful response.

Little J's graduated today! It was wonderful to see the children growing and to join with all our families once more as the school welcomes the newest learners into our midst.

Are you ready for "Just a Little Bit of Fun for Christmas"on Tuesday? We have had lovely work being done this week across the school to  "get organised".

Today is the last day for Charlee Thompson we have more than enjoyed having her here for work experience. Wait and see what she has done for our Christmas concert.

Have a great weekend.

Ann

International Day of People with Disability

Today we had an awareness day for people with disability. This initiative was organised and led by Year 6 student, Henry Miller. Henry first mentioned the idea of raising awareness for this important cause in his Captain speech in 2022. We are very proud of him leading this initiative and advocating for inclusion. Many thanks to all students and staff for wearing mufti clothes to support this day.
